I haven’t fallen off the wagon

For those of you who were worried, I haven’t fallen off the wagon. Nope. I am continuing to take my photo of the day for my 366 project. I even installed a nifty app to keep track of them. But I thought that you dear readers might get overloaded with a new photo every day. So, I’ve decided to post each week’s photos all together on just one day. Then you can enjoy them, & I can write other posts without feeling like I’m deluging y’all. I haven’t picked a day of the week yet, so stay tuned.:)In the meantime, though, enjoy this cuteness.

The Small Things

We have found that sometimes the things that bring the most joy to our children are not fancy toys, but rather the small simple things. A metal colander. A mixing spoon. A balloon. Liam has been quite in love with this orange star balloon. He drags it around behind him like it’s a puppy dog. He hugs it. He shakes it around. I think it is his favorite toy of the moment.

(and, yes, I know this is blurry. But YOU try to get a picture of this kid in motion with you phone camera.)

Rapunzel

So even though the movie freaked her out (lots of scary bad guys), Ainsley enjoys dressing up like Rapunzel on a regular basis. Sometimes Castle Blankie provides the long hair. Today, it was one of the wrap carriers. Love this girl!

Meet LavaGirl

LavaGirl rescues people from volcanoes. She also likes cars. And tutus.
